Cookie & Tracking Notice

We keep this simple, because our approach is simple: this site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, and never builds a profile of you. We do measure how the site is used, without identifying you. This notice explains exactly how.
1. How we measure the site
We use two analytics tools, both chosen because they work without cookies and without identifying anyone:
- Our own analytics, served from command.parexa.com.au. It records which pages are viewed, how far down them people scroll, and which buttons get clicked. It groups these into a single visit using a random id held in your browser’s session storage, which is erased when you close the tab. If you use a form, it records only the names of the fields you interacted with — never what you typed.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures loading speed. It is cookieless by design.
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, social-media pixels or cross-site trackers. We don’t build a profile of you, we don’t sell data, and nothing we collect is used to identify you personally.
2. Functional storage we do use
To make the site work, we store a few small values in your own browser. None of them is a cookie, and none is used to identify you. The first two never leave your device; the third is sent with analytics events so they can be grouped into one visit:

3. Cookies set by our providers
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site secure — for example, to tell human visitors from bots or to manage a security challenge. These are used only for security and site delivery, not for tracking or advertising.
Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads inside the contact section. When it loads, Cal.com sets its own strictly necessary bot-protection cookie on its domain (cal.com), and receives your IP address. If you book, it also receives the name, email and time you enter. We don’t control Cal.com’s cookie, and it isn’t used by us for tracking or advertising.
4. Fonts
The site’s fonts are served by Fontshare and Google Fonts. When your browser loads a font, those providers receive your IP address as part of the request. They don’t set tracking cookies on our site.
5. Opting out, and clearing site data
You can switch our analytics off completely. There are two ways, and we honour both on every single request, not just on your first visit:
- Turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser. If your browser sends that signal, we collect nothing at all. No setting on our side is needed.
- Set our opt-out flag. Open your browser’s developer console on this site and run `localStorage.setItem('parexa-track-off','1')`. That switches our analytics off on this browser until you clear your site data. To turn it back on, run `localStorage.removeItem('parexa-track-off')`.
You can also clear the storage listed above at any time through your browser’s settings (“clear site data” or “cookies and site data”). Clearing it means the intro animation and the Founders Deal popup may show again, and — if you had set the opt-out flag — that you will need to set it again.
