1. About us

Parexa Studios is a Perth-based digital studio, operated as a sole trader, ABN 27 424 748 059. We provide managed AI phone reception, premium websites and business automation.

2. Using the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire about our services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or for any harmful purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the site or its security, including the anti-spam measures on our forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• scrape, harvest or misuse content or data from the site;
• introduce malicious code, or otherwise damage or overburden the site.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the site — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the “Parexa” name and brand, images and code — is owned by or licensed to Parexa and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Enquiries are not a contract

The site lets you send an enquiry and request a call. Doing so does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Any engagement for our services will be governed by a separate written agreement between us. Information on the site — including any pricing — is general, may change, and is not an offer.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we’re not responsible for the content of any third-party sites we link to.

Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can’t be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

To the extent permitted by law, Parexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.

The site may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. We provide those links for convenience and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
